On Wednesday, 5 June 2019, in the evening at 20:16, in Molėtų district municipality, on the Alanta–Klabiniai–Dapkūniškiai regional road (kilometre 2.35), an Opel Astra-G-CC rolled over. One person died — the 34-year-old driver of the Opel (was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed.
