On Monday, 10 June 2019, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Šiaulių district municipality, Kužių town, on Gruzdžių street, at the junction with Statybininkų street, a Lipecko TG (LTZ) T 40 AM hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Lipecko TG (LTZ) (48 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
