Hit-and-run, unlicensed Citroen driver hits an obstacle in Dievogalos village
On Saturday, 17 August 2019, in the evening at 21:30, in Kauno district municipality, Dievogalos village, on Pušyno street near No. 45, a Citroen Xsara Picasso hit an obstacle.
