On Friday, 25 October 2019, in the morning at 9:30, in Kaunas, on Drobės street near No. 11, a collision with a reversing vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 750 registered in Germany and a Dacia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW (11 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
