On Monday, 28 October 2019, in the afternoon at 15:50, in Kaunas, on Elektrėnų street, at the junction with Technikos street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Caravelle, an Opel Corsa and a Volvo FM12. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (28 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. All drivers were sober.
