On Monday, 25 November 2019, in the morning at 7:35, in Alytaus district municipality, Vanagėlių village, on Pabalių street near No. 35, an Audi rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.49‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
