On Wednesday, 27 November 2019, in the evening at 17:36, in Panevėžys, on Pramonės street, at the junction with Pušaloto street, a BMW 520D registered in Great Britain hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 41-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW (10 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
