On Friday, 6 December 2019, in the evening at 17:20, in Kaunas, on Draugystės street near No. 6, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW X5 and a Ford Fiesta. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the driver of the BMW (13 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
