On Tuesday, 11 February 2020, in the morning at 7:44, in Vilnius, on Aitvarų street near No. 1, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Touareg and an Isuzu. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (10 years of driving experience), who violated overtaking rules. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
