On Tuesday, 11 February 2020, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Utenos district municipality, on the Tauragnai–Sirvydžiai–Daugailiai regional road (kilometre 10.50), a Volkswagen Sharan ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
