On Thursday, 19 March 2020, at night at 4:55, in Prienų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Prienai–Marijampolė main road (kilometre 103.13), a DAF FT XF105.460 registered in Ukraine rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the DAF (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 80 km/h.
