On Sunday, 22 March 2020, in the evening at 17:50, in Kėdainių district municipality, Dotnuvos town, on Vilties street, at the junction with Saulėtekio street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Volkswagen Passat Variant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Audi (26 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (1.39‰ blood alcohol).
