Unlicensed motorcyclist and Volkswagen crash in Raudondvario village
On Wednesday, 25 March 2020, in the afternoon at 13:10, in Kauno district municipality, Raudondvario village, on M. Valančiaus street near No. 16, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a light quad bike and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 12-year-old driver of a light quad bike. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
