On Friday, 3 April 2020, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Utena national road (kilometre 1), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a vehicle and a Chrysler Grand Voyager. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who violated overtaking rules. He fled the scene.
