On Sunday, 5 April 2020, at night at around 0:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 107A, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Touran and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Touran (4 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He evaded sobriety testing and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
