On Monday, 6 April 2020, in the morning at 6:30, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Sidabravas–Birželės–Naujamiestis regional road (kilometre 12), a Seat Ibiza rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
