On Monday, 13 April 2020, in the evening at around 18:00, in Rokiškio district municipality, Juodupės town, on S. Nėries street near No. 22, at the junction with Aukštaičių street, in a yard, a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
