On Sunday, 26 April 2020, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Širvintų district municipality, on Kalnalaukio street near No. 33, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Honda Civic and a Lexus RX400h. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Honda (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
