On Tuesday, 12 May 2020, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Alytaus district municipality, Jurkionių village, on Lauko street near No. 23, a Mercedes-Benz Classe E ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (24 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
