On Saturday, 6 June 2020, at night at around 3:00, in Druskininkų municipality, on M. K. Čiurlionio street, at the junction with Liepų street, a BMW hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the BMW (14 years of driving experience), who exceeded the speed set by traffic rules or road signs. The driver was sober.
