On Sunday, 28 June 2020, in the evening at 17:08, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 108.60), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the BMW (29 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
