On Friday, 7 August 2020, at night at 3:58, in Klaipėda, on Debreceno street near No. 22, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota Corolla Verso, a Renault Megane and a BMW 535. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Toyota, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.31‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
