On Sunday, 2 August 2020, in the evening at around 20:00, in Panevėžio district municipality, Žudžių village, on the Upytė–Ėriškiai–Juodikoniai regional road (kilometre 10.80), a Volvo V70 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Volvo (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
