On Sunday, 9 August 2020, in the afternoon at 14:37, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Aliniškės–Puodžiūnai–Dirmeitai regional road (kilometre 2.22), a BMW 320D ran off the road. Two people were injured — the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient) and a 2-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
