On Friday, 21 August 2020, in the morning at around 8:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Dovilų town, on Klaipėdos street near No. 2, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Iveco and a Volkswagen Caravelle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Iveco (18 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
