On Thursday, 27 August 2020, in the morning at around 10:00, in Zarasų district municipality, on the Zarasai–Mukuliai–Vencavai–Antalieptė regional road (kilometre 27), a Mitsubishi Pajero rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (5 years of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
