On Friday, 18 September 2020, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Šiauliai, on Dubijos street, at the junction with Žemaitės street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo and a Toyota RAV4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Volvo (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
