On Sunday, 11 October 2020, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilnius, on Rinktinės street near No. 23, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 206 and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Peugeot (20 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
