On Wednesday, 14 October 2020, in the evening at 18:01, in Vilnius, on Laisvės pr. near No. 60, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Seat Alhambra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 84-year-old driver of the Audi (50 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
