On Tuesday, 24 November 2020, in the morning at 6:40, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 115.50), a Mazda 6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Mazda (20 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
