On Monday, 23 November 2020, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kauno district municipality, on the Giraitė–Užliedžiai regional road (kilometre 0.20), a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
