On Saturday, 5 December 2020, in the afternoon at 13:19, in Telšių district municipality, on the Šiauliai–Palanga main road (kilometre 59.40), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 Avant and a BMW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed.
