On Saturday, 5 December 2020, in the evening at 17:15, in Klaipėda, on Šilutės pl. near No. 28, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz ML320 and a Volvo S60. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (14 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
