On Thursday, 10 December 2020, at night at 23:05, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Pasvalys–Ryga main road (kilometre 28.85), a DAF FT CF85.430 registered in Turkey ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the DAF (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
