On Tuesday, 12 January 2021, in the evening at around 18:00, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Aristava–Sitkūnai main road (kilometre 30), a MAN TGX hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the MAN (41 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
