On Monday, 1 February 2021, in the evening at 17:34, in Pakruojo district municipality, on Varpo street near No. 10, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Grove registered in Latvia and a Hyundai. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Grove (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
