On Thursday, 25 February 2021, in the afternoon at 15:25, in Ignalinos district municipality, on the Salakas–Tolimėnai–Švedriškė–Pažieviškė–Dūkštas regional road (kilometre 17.75), a Toyota Highlander Hybrid ran off the road.
