On Sunday, 28 March 2021, in the evening at around 20:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Birželės–Kundrėnai regional road (kilometre 0.65), an Audi A6 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
