On Sunday, 25 April 2021, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Rokiškio district municipality, Maineivų village, on Aušros street near No. 41, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who violated overtaking rules.
