On Sunday, 25 April 2021, in the afternoon at 15:25, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Tytuvėnai–Radviliškis national road (kilometre 43.90), a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.72‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident there was freezing rain, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
