On Monday, 3 May 2021, in the evening at 17:23, in Vilnius, on Rygos street near No. 15, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Sharan and a Volvo FM. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (15 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
