On Monday, 10 May 2021, in the afternoon at 12:06, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 60.80), a Seat Ibiza rolled over.
