On Monday, 10 May 2021, in the morning at 10:38, in Vilnius, on Laisvės pr., at the junction with Justiniškių street, a Mazda 3 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person died — a 91-year-old pedestrian. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Mazda (5 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
