On Monday, 10 May 2021, in the afternoon at 12:05, in Kazlų Rūdos municipality, on the Ąžuolų Būda–Kazlų Rūda national road (kilometre 3.20), a Peugeot 307 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.94‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
