On Wednesday, 16 June 2021, in the evening at around 19:00, in Šiauliai, on Pramonės street near No. 6, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Honda Civic and a Subaru. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Honda (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
