On Sunday, 11 July 2021, in the afternoon at 11:30, in Kretingos district municipality, Buginių village, on the Salantai–Grūšlaukė–Benaičiai regional road (kilometre 4.90), a Suzuki rolled over. Two people were injured — the 37-year-old driver of the Suzuki (hospitalized) and a 36-year-old passenger of the Suzuki (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Suzuki (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
