On Sunday, 25 July 2021, in the morning at 9:02, in Trakų district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 21.15), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance.
