On Friday, 13 August 2021, in the afternoon at 12:17, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Jurbarkas–Skaudvilė national road (kilometre 31.75), an Audi rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Audi (14 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.33‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
