On Wednesday, 18 August 2021, in the morning at around 7:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, Kutiškių village, on Alyvų street near No. 4A, a MTZ Belarus-952.3 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the MTZ (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.57‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
