On Saturday, 18 September 2021, in the morning at 6:20, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Ustukiai–Šimoniai–Stipinai regional road (kilometre 3.20), an Audi A4 Avant rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
